When you are preparing to set off on your mountain biking trip, be sure to pack a few sports wristbands. For one the trails are not forgiving – if you make a mistake or slip up you will get hurt. The wristbands will help absorb the sweat that will build up on your arms. When you are riding, this sweat can make your hands very slippery and cause you to slip. It you sweat profusely from the head that it may also be helpful to get some sweatbands for your head. Wearing a headband under your helmet will ensure that your vision is clear and you know what is around you.
